Privacy Agreement
The following are terms of a legal agreement concerning your privacy on this web site ("Privacy Agreement") between you and Facultare (Facultare, S.A. or Facultare or we). By accessing, browsing and/or using this web site ("Site") you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by this Privacy Agreement and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this Site. By using the Site, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your information by us in the manner described in this Privacy Policy and elsewhere on the Site. Please read this Privacy Agreement carefully and be aware that Facultare may amend this Privacy Agreement at any time without notice by posting the amended terms on this Site. Amendments shall become effective thirty (30) days after the first day Facultare posts any such amendment on this Site. Facultare takes user privacy very seriously because we know that your privacy on the web is very important to you. That is why protecting your personal information is of the utmost importance to Facultare. You can visit this Site without telling us who you are or providing us with any information. Facultare collects personally-identifiable information on certain areas of the Site when users and/or clients register, request publications or other information, sign up for conferences and events, apply for jobs, and participate in user posting areas, such as bulletin boards, discussion forums, and surveys. The personally-identifiable information collected may consist of a unique access ID, company or school affiliations, titles, and contact information, such as names, mailing addresses, e-mail addresses, and telephone and fax numbers, and, for recruiting purposes, any other personally-identifiable information on your resume. You may have the opportunity to purchase publications on the Site, in which case we may collect order information and your credit card information in order to facilitate shipment and payment.  However, we will not share those addresses and personally-identifiable information with any other company or send unsolicited e-mail to any of the addresses we collect, except in very limited circumstances as set forth below.

When you request information from Facultare and supply information that personally identifies you or allows us to contact you, you are agreeing to share that information with Facultare, its agents, representatives and affiliates.

The Site uses cookies and other technologies to identify you and your interests and to track usage of the Site. Cookies are small pieces of text stored on your computer that help us know which browser you are using and where you have been on the Site and on Web sites to which you may link in order to use some of our features. Facultare would like to keep your personal information accurate. Therefore, Facultare allows you to correct or change personal identifiable information collected by us by replying to any Facultare e-mail.

Facultare understands the importance of protecting children's privacy, especially in an on-line environment. The Site is not intentionally designed for or directed at children 13 years of age or younger, and Facultare will not intentionally collect or maintain information about anyone under the age of 13.
